I was raised in Sydney, Australia and also did most of my professional training there. I have worked in multiple settings such as in hospitals, private practices, residential aged care facilities and the community sector. My expertise include exercise rehabilitation, gerontology, vestibular, neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. I aim to help my patients recover as fast as possible through providing evidence-based exercise rehabilitation and physiotherapy treatment techniques, as well as helping them prevent future injuries.

In my spare time I love to read non-fiction books, learn new recipes, watch documentaries and movies, play piano, travel, and am currently learning how to DJ.
